Changes and cancellations

Contact FLOWERS PLANET as soon as possible at bmsplanetusa@gmail.com with your order number and requested change or cancellation. Fresh flowers are perishable and preparation may begin before the delivery date. Available options depend on whether materials have been purchased, production has begun or a driver has been dispatched. We will confirm the available options before finalizing any change.

Quality concerns

If an arrangement arrives in materially poor condition or materially differs from your confirmed order, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs. We will review the circumstances and confirm an appropriate resolution. Please contact us before returning any fresh flowers so that we can provide instructions.

Seasonal substitutions

When necessary, flowers, foliage or shades may be substituted with comparable materials of equal or greater value while preserving the overall palette, scale and style of the selected design.

Wedding bookings

Wedding changes, cancellations, deposits and payment terms are set out in the final proposal or agreement before a booking is accepted.
