Orders and payment

Orders are considered accepted after FLOWERS PLANET confirms product availability, applicable delivery details and payment. Same-day requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in USD. Review the products, delivery fee and applicable taxes shown at checkout before completing payment.

Floral designs and substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and inventory changes daily. When necessary, flowers, foliage or shades may be substituted with comparable materials of equal or greater value while preserving the selected design’s overall palette, scale and style.

Delivery

Local delivery is offered within a maximum radius of 50 miles from our Downtown Los Angeles dispatch location, subject to address eligibility and route availability. Our Shipping Policy describes delivery charges, timing and recipient responsibilities. Requested delivery times are not guaranteed appointments unless expressly confirmed.

Changes, cancellations and quality concerns

Weddings

Wedding work is quoted individually. Scope, floral selections, substitutions, setup, delivery, timing, deposits, payment terms and cancellation terms are confirmed in the final proposal or agreement before a booking is accepted.
